We are a carpentry shop, not an advertising business. We collect what you type into the estimate form so that we can quote your job, we email it to ourselves, we send you one email saying it arrived, and that is the whole system. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not run ads on it. There are no cookies on this site and no analytics watching you read it.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover our Facebook page, which is governed by Facebook's own terms.
Your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the kind of work you are asking about, your timeline, an optional budget range, whatever you write in the description, how you would prefer to be contacted and when, how you heard about us, and whether you have agreed to be texted. Only the name and one way of reaching you are required. Everything else exists to save you a phone call, and you can leave any of it blank.
The form does not upload files. If you text or email us photographs of your space, we hold them the same way we hold the rest of your enquiry, and we use them to price the job. We will not publish a photograph of your home without asking you first.
When you submit the form, our server records your IP address and the time. That is used for two things: stopping automated spam, and keeping a record of when a text message consent was given. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not linked to anything else.
To answer you, to price your job, and to turn up at the right address. That is it. We do not use your details for marketing to anyone other than you, about the project you asked us about, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
If you leave a phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, because that is what you asked us to do by submitting the form. The form also has a separate checkbox asking whether it is alright to text you. Ticking it is optional and you will still get your estimate if you leave it unticked.
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on your project and is generally a handful of messages, not a campaign. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share phone numbers with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not use them for automated marketing campaigns.

Each of these handles the data on our behalf so that the email reaches us. Beyond that, we share your details with nobody. We do not sell personal information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to lead generation companies. If a job requires bringing in a specialist, such as a glass supplier, we will ask you before passing on anything.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session tracking. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so reading the page tells nobody anything.
Our project video is served from this site, like the photographs, so playing it tells nobody else anything.
If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookieless product that does not track people across sites, and this page will say so before it goes live.
Enquiries stay in our email inbox, which is how a small business keeps track of who asked for what. Records tied to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax or legal reasons. Enquiries that never became a job are deleted when they are no longer of any use to either of us. Server logs used for spam control are kept briefly and then discarded.
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@prestigewoodworkdesign.com or call (813) 602-1571. There is no account to log into and no form to fill in. A plain request is enough, and we will not charge you for it.
To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop email, tell us and we will stop.
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and the form is submitted encrypted. After that your enquiry is an email in a mailbox, protected by the ordinary security of that mailbox. We keep no database of customers, which is deliberate: the safest record is the one that was never collected.
If the site changes in a way that changes this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing here is retroactive.
